Getting Ready
Let’s get your home ready for the camera!
First, We wish you the Absolute Best of Luck with selling your home!
With your photoshoot coming up, we want you to be prepared with the right expectations:
We operate very quickly while we are shooting the home, and we ask, if it’s at all possible, to Move to an area of the property that will not be covered once we are ready to shoot!
We also ask that you Crate your pets in an area we won’t shoot or remove them from the property. To insure our safety, we will not shoot if an animal is roaming in the house or yard.
Finally, for your house to look perfect on camera it has to look perfect in person! Completing everything on this list is the goal, but Finish your biggest problem areas first! Prioritize the Kitchen, Living Room, Primary Bedroom, and Front Yard, and then go from there!
Go through this checklist and double check that everything is spick and span before we arrive!
Where do You Want to Start?
Tip: If you need a place to stash the items we want to hide, start with your garage, closets or shed! If these rooms have any fancy features, ask your agent if they are having it photographed. Otherwise, assume they’re free to use. :D
